Best wedding ever!
June 15, 2014 I married the most amazing women in the world and thank god for every day that he has given to me to spend with her! She is my everything and I couldn't imagine my life with anyone else but her! She is my right hand women, my best friend, my PIC, but importantly my WIFE, A year has come and gone and i can't wait for many more with my smart, beautiful, kind, loving wife Lyndsi.

Fight Gone Bad (FGB) is a workout simulating a fight, combining 5 exercises. The clock starts and you have to complete as many reps (calories for the rower) as possible in 1 minute, every minute you switch exercises until you complete all 5 exercises, then you get 1 minute rest. We do this alot with our close mutual aid companies to get used to working closely together and get proficient at what we do. We make these as close as we can to real life scenarios especially for younger members so they can see what can happen and understand what to do when these situations arise

They should read the description I would say
Do you people really think that when something like this happens, that they don't have another department covering their district? How do you think they do funeral ceremonies? Other police and fire departments will cover and respond to calls in the districts of the departments that are doing this or at a ceremony. It's common sense. Grow up and stop thinking that they're just letting houses burn and shit by doing this.
